Meet the Coach
I’m Coach Pete. For over 30 years, I’ve trained, fought and coached in boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, alongside functional strength and mobility training.
Today I work with everyday people and elite performers alike, helping them sharpen their focus, master their bodies and develop the mindset of a fighter, whether they’re in the ring or the boardroom.
My coaching blends combat training, breath work and mobility, guided by the 6 Pillars of High Performance, to build confidence, presence and resilience under pressure.
